FULL TERMS OF USE

This Agreement governs all use of www.travelagentclick.com (“Website”). By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound. Elevated Journeys operates as an intermediary travel services platform and complies with applicable global regulations including GDPR, Singapore PDPA, India IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and international e-commerce standards.

1. DEFINITIONS

“User” means any visitor accessing the Website. “Service Providers” refers to airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, and suppliers. “Content” means all data, information and user-generated materials.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Use of Website requires lawful intent, accurate information, and acceptance of electronic contracts under Indian IT Act 2000, Singapore ETA, and EU eIDAS.

3. SERVICES

The platform facilitates searches, reservations, bookings of hotels, tours, transfers, flights, car rentals, insurance, and packages. Elevated Journeys acts only as an agent and is not the actual provider of these services.

4. PRICING

Prices are dynamic and subject to change until booking is confirmed. Taxes, service fees, VAT/GST, surcharges may apply. Supplier updates may cause last-minute price variations.

5. BOOKING & PAYMENTS

All transactions occur securely via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Elevated Journeys does not store credit card data. Fraudulent or unverifiable bookings may be cancelled.

6. DUPLICATE BOOKINGS

Multiple bookings for same passengers may be auto-cancelled without refund.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

Users shall:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Not misuse the Website, scrape content, or attempt unauthorized access
  • Follow applicable immigration, travel, and health regulatio

Users under 18 must not register.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Automated scraping, data mining, hacking attempts, copying content, commercial resale, and abusive conduct are prohibited.

9. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

Service Providers are responsible for fulfilment. Elevated Journeys is not liable for:

  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Hotel overbooking
  • Tour quality issues
  • Service provider negligence
  • Force majeure

10. VISA & IMMIGRATION

User is solely responsible for obtaining visas, permits, travel documents. No guarantee of visa approval.

11. USER CONTENT LICENSE

Users grant Elevated Journeys a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, reproduce and publish submitted reviews, photos, comments.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content is owned or licensed by Elevated Journeys. No reproduction without permission

13. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Services are provided “as-is”. Elevated Journeys is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

14. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify Elevated Journeys for claims arising from misuse, legal violations, or third-party rights infringement.
